We ship our Postcard Chocolate Bars to travel like little pros — and we guarantee your order will arrive in good condition, even when it’s sent as a postcard. If something goes wrong, we make it right. No weird hoops. No awkward emails. Just chocolate justice.

Here’s the deal:

If your bar arrives melted: we reship it.

If your tracked order arrives melted: we reship it.

If your postcard doesn’t show up: we reship it.

Basically: if you don’t get the happy mail moment you paid for, we’ll send you another one.

The tiny (but important) fine print

  • Postcard orders: If your postcard hasn’t arrived after 30 business days, tell us and we’ll reship it.
  • Melted chocolate: Send us a quick photo of the melted bar (and the packaging) within a reasonable time after delivery, and we’ll reship.
  • Tracked orders: If tracking shows “delivered” but your bar arrives melted, we’ll still reship.

Why we do this

Postie is built to be a no-brainer gift: pick a bar, write a note, send it off. If the mail does something weird, or the bar takes a summer vacation in a hot mailbox, we’ll reship and keep it moving.
